    Hi, I’m Claudia — a Pilates, Strength & Nutrition Coach passionate about helping women feel strong, energised, and confident at every stage of life. In my 40s, I feel fitter and more connected to my body than I did in my 20s — not from extremes, but from learning how to train smarter, nourish consistently, and support my nervous system. I’ve guided hundreds of women toward greater strength, balance, and self-confidence through a blend of Pilates, strength training, realistic nutrition, and supportive self-care — because real results happen when everything works together.
